'Without You' is inspired by Wilco's "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot". It is the first song in which I started using the vibraphone, which is an instrument that I adore, and it adds a nice sound to the music.

The song originally had two parts, part A (which is the one that made the cut), and part B, which was darker in comparison, and I still like to hear it in the demo version, but I think the instrumental part with strings that I added fits the song better.
